About BidzPro 2.0

BidzPro 2.0 is a hosted construction management platform operated by SkiDrive Technologies LLC, a Wyoming company headquartered at 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. It is built by a 25-year licensed general contractor for general contractors, subcontractors, and construction project teams.

Open-source attribution

BidzPro 2.0 is built on OpenConstructionERP, an open-source construction ERP published by DataDrivenConstruction under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).

As required by the AGPL-3.0, the complete corresponding source code of the version of OpenConstructionERP running this service is available at:

Modifications made by SkiDrive Technologies LLC to the OpenConstructionERP engine are published in that repository in compliance with sections 13 and 5 of the AGPL-3.0.

BidzPro proprietary components

The BidzPro 2.0 web interface (this site), the BidzPro proxy, the Hermes orchestration layer, integrations with Stripe, third-party AI services, and SkiDrive's business logic are independent works of SkiDrive Technologies LLC. These components communicate with the AGPL engine only over a public HTTP/JSON interface, and are licensed separately. Their source is not made available under the AGPL.
